by Tanmay on Jul.02, 2009, under Tips & Tricks, Windows Se7en
Windows 7 comes with a plethora of some new improvements both minor and major. Windows 7 now allows your to Tune your Font properly for best possible view. Almost all PC users have switched over to LCDs now. This is where this tool is a boon for all users.
- From the Start Menu, run CTTUNE
- This will allow you to first Turn on Clear Type

- If you have two monitors, you can select which or both monitors to tune

- You will then be presented with a series of screens on the respective monitor.
- Select which font looks the clearest for you.
- When you are done, the completed monitor will show a check next to the calibrated monitors.

the interface of Windows 7 is great but in my opinion Windows XP is still a very solid and stable operating system. Right now, I would never give up XP for Windows 7.
